Acompany reinforces recruitment in the field of BizDev and software engineering to tackle the privacy tech market, which is predicted to be worth around JPY 3.5 trillion in 2029.

We hereby inform that Acompany Inc. a company that “Solves societal issues through privacy tech”, has raised a total of approximately JPY 640 million in funding, with Spiral Capital as the lead investor. The funds were raised through a third-party allotment of new shares to existing investors Beyond Next Ventures, ANRI and DG Daiwa Ventures, as well as loans from Japan Finance Corporation, The Shoko Chukin Bank, Ltd. and The Bank of Mitsubishi UFJ, Ltd. This latest financing brings the cumulative amount raised to approximately JPY 870 million. Acompany has also been granted a funding from the New Energy and Industrial Tech Development Organisation (NEDO) in 2021.
